Connect
Link a mailbox or GitHub account. Sign-in identity and data-source protection are always separate consents — connecting is optional and explicit.
Select
Preview folders and items before protecting anything. You choose exactly what enters the archive — folders, filters, date ranges.
Protect
EverDrive stages and transfers each item as a durable background job with per-item progress — resumable, audited, never a black box.
Verify
Every original is fingerprinted (SHA-256) and read-back verified before it counts as protected. The original is immutable evidence.
Organize
Search everything. Intelligent Boxes file mail automatically; provenance is recorded every time an item is reclassified.
Free Space
Optionally reclaim mailbox quota. A separate, second authorization removes verified items from the source — never automatic.
Restore
Copy protected items back to the provider whenever you need them. The archive copy is always preserved.
Free Space is deliberately separate
Two actions, two decisions. Protection is automatic; source cleanup is never automatic — it requires your explicit second authorization.
