Free Space
Reclaim mailbox quota — only after protection is verified.
Archiving never deletes. Free Space is a separate, explicitly authorized operation that removes protected items from your source mailbox to reclaim quota.
- Open Free Space to see items that are eligible — each must have a verified archive copy.
- Select items and create the operation.
- A workspace admin gives the second, explicit authorization — nothing runs without it.
- EverDrive removes the item from the source provider. The protected archive copy is never touched.
Free Space is item-level and verified. It never empties folders and never removes anything without a verified protected copy. On Gmail over IMAP, removal clears the item from its folder/label while the original can remain recoverable in All Mail.
