Microsoft connection problems

• "Basic authentication is disabled" — Microsoft retired password IMAP for consumer accounts; use Connections → Microsoft instead of Other Email.
• Consent returns but no mailbox appears — the mailbox permissions must be approved on the Microsoft consent screen.
